Team Industrial understands the unique hazards associated with industrial coatings environments. Safety pays off for many reasons: it keeps people on the job and working, unnecessary downtime is avoided, it keeps machines and plants running efficiently, and it ensures that your production schedules are maintained.

Team has developed industry/client specific training programs and development initatives that focus on working safely within specific site regulations. We can do this without limiting your ability to deliver a quality end result and we can educate your staff on these safety points.

We also respect and follow your safety policies. Each Team Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that our client's safety policies are instilled in our personnel. However, if our own Safety Policy is more stringent, it will take precedence. With support from Corporate head offices, all of our Project Managers are empowered to ensure that personnel under our direction are properly trained and documentation is controlled to verify the status of each employee in regards to safety skills.

Lastly, respect for and adherence to ISO standards in cleaning, especially in the handling and disposal of toxic contaminates further ensures everyone is protected. Our EMR rating is 0.89 and our NEER rating is 0.05.
