When Team Industrial provides a total onsite Prop Tool Management program you can focus more on your core activities. We do paint stripping, coating removal, and de-rusting in order to remove paint and debris build-up. We can choose the most appropriate process for the situation.

Once cleaned, parts are then sent through a rust inhibitor process to ensure no contaminants remaining in your facility. We Offer
- Quality verification
- Any prop tools found with damage are segregated and shipped back to the client's facility for repair/retooling
- Pickup and delivery of prop tools from your facility
- Create an inventory of all prop tools
- Assist clients with identifying quantities and locations of all prop tools
- Tailored to each client for shipping coordination, material handling, specific cleaning methods for various prop tools, and cleaning equipment operation
- Gauge prop tools to ensure no damage has occurred that would render the prop unusable or unsafe
PAINT FIXTURE ANCILLARY SERVICES
- On-site support with Team Management to coordinate the cleaning program. Team's work schedules are flexible and detailed to meet timetables for client shipping times
- Design and fabrication of racking systems for storage, on-line use, and cleaning of prop tools
- Rack validation (quality tags are signed off by Team Industrial member and supervisor and attached to each container of tools returned to the plant)
